I couldn’t get my PhotoStick to show up on my laptop and was frustrated. Support got back to me really quickly and walked me through resetting it and trying the USB ports. After that, it worked just fine. It was super nice dealing with someone who kept things simple and didn’t make the whole process confusing.

I’ve had my PhotoStick for a while now, i kind of regret not looking into it a bit more before buying. It worked well at first, but over time it’s started taking a few tries to load or actually find everything. It’s still helpful for backing up photos, so I do use it, but it’s just not as steady or dependable as I was hoping it would be.

I tried this on my laptop, mostly just to scan through my photos, and it took forever. Like, I started wondering if I’d done something wrong or if my laptop was just being slow, but it really did take hours. It eventually found some stuff, so I guess it worked, but the waiting was frustrating. Maybe I expected too much for a simple scan, but it felt slower than it should’ve been.

I’m kind of tired of dealing with tools that make everything feel like a service ticket, so this was a nice change. It ran steadily, didn’t crash on me, and found my files without any fuss.

I did get some of my photos back, but there are still others missing. I’m not sure what happened, but it’s frustrating and I’d at least expect an apology or some explanation for the ones that weren’t returned.

I mainly got PhotoStick so I could back up videos from my phone and laptop, because of course I had files scattered everywhere like that was a smart idea. It found most of them fast, which was a relief.
I did get a little stuck figuring out the file types, but the support page helped once I actually sat down and read it instead of blaming the device right away. Took a bit, but it worked fine in the end. 4 stars from me

The product itself was fine, but the billing part was kind of confusing. I wish they showed the final price and any extra charges more clearly before checkout instead of making me figure it out near the end. Also, having to go through verification more than once got annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it could definitely be more upfront and a little less repetitive.

I ordered it and just assumed it would take a while, but nope, it came way faster than I expected. The package was in good shape too, so I’m guessing they handled it well. Overall, super easy experience and I’m happy with it

My order showed up on time, which was great, but one of the items wasn’t exactly the one I had picked. Customer support did sort it out in the end, it just took a little longer than I thought it would. Not terrible by any means, and compared to some other orders I’ve had...

I was kinda surprised lol. The stick feels sturdy enough, and it found most of my photos without me having to mess with it much. A few files took a bit to load, but nbd. For the price, the quality seems good and it did exactly what I needed.

It worked okay overall, but it didn’t find all of my files. I was hoping it would catch a few more formats, so that was a little disappointing!!

I ordered from thephotostick.com and had a question about my order, but getting a straight answer ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected.

I messaged support and waited a few days before anyone replied. When they finally did, the response was generic and didn’t really cover what I asked, so I had to follow up again. it felt like the same issue again where you’re stuck chasing support instead of just getting help.

The product itself might be fine, but the support experience left me frustrated. After paying, I expected faster and more useful replies. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not something I’d be excited to deal with again.

I picked up ThePhotoStick mostly for my Windows laptop, and it worked just fine there. I also tried it on my wife’s Mac, and once we gave it the right permission, it found the photos without any trouble. I wouldn’t say it’s completely plug-and-play on a Mac since you may have to click around a little, so other customers should know that going in. Still, it wasn’t anything too difficult, and it did what I needed it to do. I’d give it 4 stars.

It wasn’t exactly plug and play for me, but after a bit of fiddling around, I was able to get it working. Not a huge deal, just took a little more time than I expected.

It works pretty much like they said it would, so no real complaints there. If anything goes sideways later, I’m blaming whoever runs this, but for now it does the job

I got it working in the end, but the instructions were a little confusing. Because a few steps weren’t clear, it took me longer than it should have.

I was kind of in a rush, but it was easy enough to get going. Setup didn’t take long—I just had to click around a bit to figure out where everything was.

It found most of my photos without any trouble. I’m sure it missed a couple of folders, unless I had them saved somewhere weird and forgot. Either way, the backup seemed accurate overall.

I mostly got this because my laptop was completely packed with old photos, which felt like a preventable headache if I’d dealt with it sooner. Once I plugged it in and followed the steps, it started transferring everything way quicker than I expected. I had thousands of pictures to move and didn’t have to sit around all day waiting. Happy with it so far.

I just plugged it in and it found my photos quickly. Didn’t have to ask anyone for help or figure out some complicated setup... it just worked.
